This came in in what seemed to be good enough shape. We hoped to do some upgrades and get it back on the road. Sometimes hope isn't enough.

We found the floor to be rotted in several places. I recommended we address these places.To do this, removal of the interior was needed. It was already missing the entire front area, so this wasn't a big loss. Originally it was a rear bath, but we will be swapping it to a rear bed/side bath. The following photos show some of the flooring issues that need attention before moving forward. 11/25/08

We have been able to address the rotten flooring in all of the above areas. New marine grade plywood was put in, without removing the shell. 01/01/09
